The gardens.
Our garden area has been laid out so as the general maintenance and the cutting of lawns is easy. We have always planted trees on the property and thus the name "Wirreanda" which is aboriginal for "Place of trees." Native plants along with a mix of European specimen trees dot the area around the house and units and is easy car with little maintenance.
The back of the block is sloping and is ideal for a future vineyard or olive grove. Further towards the top of the property is an area that could be used for building of a home, remote from the business. This area has a great view of Oyster Cove and Bruny island through the trees. If one was to go down this path then the existing house could be turned into family accommodation or the house itself could be rented to a long term tenant. This of course will need council and planning approval. This property has so much potential for the right people who have vision and the energy to build an iconic property just 30 minutes from the Hobart CBD.
