Disabled unit

Unit 4 is a fully certified disabled unit built to the strict BCA code of Australia. This unit also has either a Twin or a king size bed. The outer rooms of the unit are of the same configuration as all the other units in the complex and has the added advantage of being suitable for our older guests who love the bars and ease of the bathroom facilities. These facilities are very expensive to build and require a level of finish that needs the tradesman to be on the ball with their set-outs and measurements. Council is strict on all things within these units even down to the height of light switches and flip levers on all water points. The hot water outlets have temperature valves set at the required temperature as well as 1 in 14  slopes for access and of course extra wide doors for wheel chair access.
